The Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology is dedicated to providing education, resources, and guidance on a broad range of ethical issues emerging from research activities.   The RCR program helps to administer the Institute's three RCR policies.

Jason Borenstein, Ph.D.

Director of Graduate Research Ethics Programs
Dr. Borenstein's responsibilities include overseeing the RCR Academic Policy for Doctoral Students and the RCR Academic Policy for Master’s Thesis Students, teaching RCR courses for graduate students, and hosting RCR workshops.

Judy Willis

Administrator of the RCR Program
Judy is responsible for publicizing, tracking, and monitoring the RCR degree requirement for doctoral and master's thesis students. She also works with the Office of Sponsored Programs to promote and monitor RCR compliance and is working to identify and implement improvements in RCR related tracking and information systems to benefit both the academic and research communities.
